Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the pre-launch Metabcore website and its waitlist. It will be replaced by a full privacy policy before Metabcore offers any services.
What we collect
- Your email address and the state you select, when you join the waitlist.
- Optional product interests, if you choose any (for example, weight loss, men's hormones, women's hormones/menopause, peptides, or just exploring). This question is optional and you can leave it blank.
- The date and time you signed up.
- A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated automated sign-ups. We do not store your IP address itself.
Your product interests may be considered consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. By choosing an interest, you consent to us collecting it for the purpose below. The waitlist does not ask for any other health information. Please do not send us any.
How we use it
We use your email and state only to tell you when Metabcore is available where you live and to send occasional launch updates. If you share product interests, we use them only to tailor those launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information, including your product interests, or share it for advertising.
- This site has no ad pixels, analytics trackers, or advertising cookies.
Who processes it
The site and waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. If we later use an email service to send launch updates, it will process your email address only to send those messages.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing privacy@metabcore.com. You can also ask us to delete only your product interests, or withdraw your consent to their use, the same way.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults 18 and older.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
